During this trial period, users have the opportunity to explore and experience the full range of features offered by wasep.me.

   1.1 Subscription Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable. However, during the 14-day trial period, users can evaluate the platform to determine if it meets their needs. If a user decides to cancel their subscription within this trial period, they will not be charged any subscription fees.

   1.2 Subscription Duration

Once a subscription is activated, it remains active until the expiration date. Subscriptions are valid until the end of the billing cycle, and users can enjoy the benefits of the platform until that time. If a user chooses to cancel their subscription or delete their account, the subscription will remain active until the expiration date. Deleting the account effectively cancels the subscription, and the account will no longer be accessible.

   1.3 Grace Period

After the subscription expires, we provide users with an additional 2-month grace period. During this time, users can renew their account to regain access to the platform and retrieve their data. If the account is not renewed within the grace period, it will be fully deleted, including the associated databases.
