WE NOT SELLING LENS MIX POWER, IF DIFFRENT POWER NEED TO TAKE 2 PAIRS.

If lens out of stock, we will notify you to change the design/power.

For obvious defect/wrong order, we only cover if the lens is not yet open.

You may need to provide us a clear picture/video proof of the defect item/wrong order.

Please alert once the bottle packaging already open warranty automatically void and we unable proceed any changes. You may need to check first before open the bottle lens.

We are sorry that we’re unable to accept any urgent order or last minute order at the moment. 

Our standard shipping process will required up to 7 working days. 

But, you still can order as long as you're wiling to wait for your order to arrive safely.
