Semua kos ditanggung oleh pihak pembeli secara terus.
Cas RM10 akan dikenakan untuk packing barang dan tolong hantar ke Box Express.

Barangan yang dihantar akan diuji terlebih dahulu sebelum diserahkan melalui penghantaran yang diminta oleh pembeli.

Jaminan adalah selama 7 hari sahaja dan sekiranya terdapat sebarang masalah sila hantarkan video terlebih dahulu kepada pihak kami untuk penilaian teknikal sebelum menghantar barangan tersebut kepada pihak kami.

Perniagaan kami beroperasi secara online sahaja tidak ada walkin atau pickup di kedai. Semuanya melalui Box Express, Grab Express atau Easy Parcel sahaja.

Online order beroperasi 24 jam sehari dan 7 hari seminggu. Setiap order yang masuk selepas jam 2 petang akan diproses pada hari berikutnya.

Manakala bagi order yang masuk pada hari Ahad ia akan diproses pada hari berikutnya.
